Please note, this policy is only applicable to retail sale and deliveries, Wedding/Event terms are outlined in our Client Agreement that is signed by both parties upon booking.
Plantie Rox Floral strives to ensure high quality, vibrant florals are delivered to our customers with each order. Our goal is for our customers to experience floral joy with each product they receive.
If you are unhappy with your florals for any reason, we want to make it right! After purchase or delivery of a floral product, the customer has 24 hours to notify Plantie Rox Floral that they are dissatisfied with their purchase(s)
After being notified within 24hrs of purchase of customer dissatisfaction, Plantie Rox Floral will assess the problem and strive to resolve the issue. Pending 24hr notification of the customer dissatisfaction Plantie Rox will either offer:
Store Credit in the amount of the original purchase OR
A replacement product of similar design and equal value, delivered within 24hrs. of original pick up/delivery/order
After the 24hr time window has elapsed, the customer and or recipient is responsible for the care of all fresh flower products and is no longer eligible for store credit or a replacement product.
*Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be made based on improper flower care on the part of the customer or recipient. Plantie Rox Floral is not responsible for damages or mishandling that may occur by the customer or recipient of fresh flower products. .
Due to the nature of fresh flowers (living plants whose availability is seasonal/unpredictable) Plantie Rox Floral reserves the right to substitute any stem for one of equal or greater value while maintaining design integrity and the quality standards held by Plantie Rox Floral.
